Construction cost - $93,000,000
Construction oversight for a new location four-lane, 1.7-mile toll bridge across Lewisville Lake connecting Swisher Road in Lake Dallas to Eldorado Parkway in Little Elm. The bridge features a lighted, 360-foot tied arch center span. Services included monitoring construction progress; oversight of all inspection activities including supervision of inspectors; coordination with NTTA, USACE, FAA and various local governments to meet project regulatory requirements; and scheduling of material testing.

SH 121 - West of Legacy Drive to Preston Road
DNT - South of Legacy Drive to North of Gaylord Parkway
PS&E to add direct connectors and other improvements to an existing three-level diamond interchange between two six to eight-lane controlled access tollways which required improvements to 2 miles of SH 121 and 2 miles of the DNT. Project was completed on a very condensed schedule requiring constant coordination between both the NTTA and sub-providers. RTG performed all roadway design tasks and PS&E assembly (subproviders designed structures, signals, illumination, ITS, TCP sheet production, and preparation of removal sheets).

Corridor management support working on procurement documents, scope of services, and eventually using a design-build delivery method through design and construction for an 11.5 mile extension (SH 183 to IH 20) of an urban controlled-access tollway on new location. Tasks include assisting with procuring contract documents, design coordination between design-builder and NTTA, plan and construction review, documentation control, NTTA standards, specs, and provisions implementation, and construction management.

Preparation of two complete sets of PS&E for 3 miles of new location six-lane divided urban arterial. Projects included preparation of bid packages and evaluation of contractor bids. RTG performed all design tasks and PS&E assembly other than structural design.
